By accessing or using the website lavastonefireworld.com, making a reservation, purchasing a voucher, or visiting the Lava Stone Fire World restaurant, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lava Flames Restaurants Private Limited.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Lava Stone Fire World is a premium interactive buffet dining restaurant offering:

• Live fire cooking and lava stone sizzler dining experiences
• Interactive buffet with global live counter stations
• Pot-cooked dishes, unlimited beverages (as per package)
• Private dining, group bookings, and corporate event packages
• Family celebrations and special occasion dining

Menu items, operating hours, buffet offerings, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Seasonal and promotional menus may vary from standard offerings.

Making a Reservation: Table reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or through authorized third-party platforms (EazyDiner, Zomato, etc.). A reservation confirmation constitutes a binding booking subject to these terms.

Reservation Validity: Reserved tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes beyond the confirmed booking time. Failure to arrive within this window may result in the table being released to walk-in guests.

Group Bookings: Groups of 10 or more persons require advance booking and may require a deposit. Corporate events and private dining require a separate agreement.

Special Requirements: Dietary restrictions, allergies, or special occasion requests must be communicated at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requirements but cannot guarantee all requests.

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before reservation: Full refund of any pre-paid amounts or deposits
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% of any pre-paid deposit may be forfeited
• No-shows without prior notice: Forfeiture of full deposit amount; future reservations may require pre-payment
• Group/Event cancellations: Subject to the terms specified in the individual event agreement

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural events, operational emergencies, or public health directives. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Buffet pricing is per head and applies to the full buffet experience as described for that session
• Children below 5 years of age dine complimentary (no buffet portion); children aged 5–12 are charged at half price
• Service charges, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of billing and are at your discretion
• Payment is accepted in cash, major credit/debit cards, and UPI
• Gift vouchers and promotional offers are subject to individual terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests, we expect the following:

• Respectful conduct towards staff and fellow diners at all times
• Compliance with the restaurant's dress code guidelines (smart casual; no sleeveless wear for men in certain sections)
• No outside food or beverages are permitted on the premises
• Intoxicated guests may be refused entry or asked to leave
• Smoking is prohibited within the restaurant premises in accordance with applicable law
• Damage to restaurant property will be charged to the responsible guest

We reserve the right to refuse service to, or remove from the premises, any guest whose conduct is deemed disruptive, abusive, or in violation of applicable law.

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate reservations. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without prior written consent
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the website

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these terms.

All content on this website — including but not limited to the Lava Stone Fire World brand name, logo, design system, photography, videos, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Lava Flames Restaurants Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in civil or criminal liability.

Guests are welcome to photograph their dining experience for personal use and social media sharing, provided it does not disturb other guests.

By tagging @lavastonefireworld or using the hashtag #LavastonefireWorld on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reshare your content on our official channels, with credit where possible. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us.

Commercial photography, videography, or media production on our premises requires prior written approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lava Flames Restaurants Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services
• Loss of personal property within the restaurant premises (we are not responsible for items left unattended)
• Any adverse reactions to food items not declared at the time of dining
• Interruption or unavailability of website services due to technical issues
• Third-party platform policies, delays, or errors (Zomato, Swiggy, EazyDiner, etc.)

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific dining session giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic or public health emergencies, government orders, fire, flood, strikes, or civil unrest. In such events, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and, where applicable, refund pre-paid amounts.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Telangana. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a single arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
